As iam in internet marketing, i once had the need for "RSS VIA EMAIL", i searched the whole net for different methods to implement this, and i have come to a conclusion.

I have come across many free services like rssfwd, feedmyinbox and also some paid services like mailchimp.. but the problem with them is that they only provide you feed like once a day. Not as and when a new post appears on a site. This was a big disadvantage for me. Rss2email by aaron is the best rss 2 email app out there.
