Xylo will be available in 57 select Mahindra dealerships in January 2009 and another 44 from February 2009. The price of xylo ranges from 6.5 lakh to 7.5 lakh. I think the price is affordable for any middle class family in india. The price is definitely lower than that of Toyota Innova(major competitor). For me Xylo is any day better than innova in terms of design and price, though i should mention that xylo does look funny to me, i have seen one on road(idk how that guy bought a xylo before launch).. It looks like a bulk vehicle.. almost like a small bus :)
